Michael Carp is the CEO of Kez’s Kitchen. A Melbourne based family business that has grown from cooking biscuits in his sisters kitchen, to nearly 100 employees in a purpose built factory in Noble Park.
Kez’s now supplies Woolworths, Coles and some of the major airlines with biscuits and gluten free snack products.
