Sites like Google My Business, Yelp, WOMO, even Facebook can be a great source of reviews and testimonials. Most of them good, but being an open forum, they are also subject to malicious comments.
This means as a business owner we need to be vigilant in managing our online reputation. That means dealing with customer complaints in a way that can turn a complaint into a great review of your customer service.
The first step is to go to “Google Alerts” and setup an alert for any posts that have your company name or your name. That way at least you’ll be informed if there is anything posted.
